Nitrogen Wave Conversions
The patented K-IN²ERTWAVE™ system has been developed jointly by KIRSTEN Soldering AG and AIR LIQUIDE. It is being offered as retrofit kit for the conversion of existing soldering installations. The system is especially adequate for the use of lead-free solders. The system offers our customers 2 proven products combined in one module. On one hand the electromagnetic KIRSTEN wave soldering pump with its kinetic hollow jet wave ensures excellent soldering results, on the other hand the reliable inertion system from AIR LIQUIDE for soldering processes completely replaces the cover oil used so far as protection against oxidation with nitrogen. The use of K-IN²ERTWAVE™ drastically improves all maintenance aspects of soldering installations.
