EQ-STD cored solder wire
EQ-STD are activated rosin cored solder wire designed specially for hand-soldering operations of assemblies where the flux is required to meet the requirements for activated fluxes under certain International Specifications.

E-Qual Standard and Low-Solid are activated rosin cored solder wires designed specifically for hand-soldering operations of assemblies where the flux is required to meet the requirements for activated fluxes under certain International Specifications.



E-QUAL NC60 no-clean solder wire
EQNC60 solder wire is a synthetic cored solder wire. It is classified as no-clean, for applications including flowsolder and surface mount re-work. EQNC60 does not contain halides. The residues associated with colophony (rosin) based fluxes are eliminated by using this new generation flux. The problem of residues remaining when soldering by wire has been overcome with the introduction of synthetic cored EQNC60 solder wire.



EQ-NC63 Colophony Free Cored Solder Wire

EQ-NC63 Colophony Free Cored Solder Wire is a flux core contained in High Purity Solder Wire. EQ-NC63 contains no, resin acids, pine oil or other naturally occurring derivatives from pine trees and has been specifically designed to reduce the number of world-wide cases of industrial asthma, related to rosin usage within a cored solder wire. EQ-NC63 provides excellent wetting whilst leaving a minimal no clean, clear residue. Cleaning by batch or in-line process is not suitable, however, if residues need to be removed then there are options available which are dependant on board type etc.
