The SMCM2 is a self-contained automatic contact-cleaning machine designed to fit within any automated SMT production line.

SMEMA compatible it will interface up line and down line with other equipment. The SMCM2 can be located just prior to the printer or dispenser providing contamination free substrate at the start of the process.

PLC controls allow selection of double sided or single side cleaning or pass thru mode when boards already have components attached. The SMART controls count board throughput and advise operators when to change the adhesive; the sheeted adhesive rolls are located in quick release side pull drawers. TEKNEK's patented sheeted adhesive roll solution makes cutting knives redundant.

Systems are available for line working widths up to 300mm or 600mm and the adjustable base console will adapt to any printer or dispenser platform.
