The 'DCR Mate' is the latest evolution in the Teknek DCR handroller range.

This unique development combines the proven cleaning efficiency of Teknek's DCR handroller range and revolutionary Pre-sheeted Adhesive Rolls.

The DCR Mate is a manual cleaning system suitable for the most demanding clean room applications. Instead of using adhesive pads, with gummed edges, which can sometimes leave fragments, the handroller is cleaned on a Pre-sheeted Adhesive Roll mounted on the 'Mating' station.

The adhesive roll is driven by a lever action support roller against which the handroller is pressed; as the lever roller is released a one way clutch mechanism rotates the adhesive roll. Once the outer sheet of the pre-cut adhesive roll is saturated with contamination it is simply peeled off to expose the next pre-cut sheet. No knives are required and no paper dust or contamination is created.

The DCR Mate has a small footprint and can be mounted onto the framework of a host machine in either horizontal or vertical mode. A special elastomer rubber material applied to the base also prevents the Mating station from moving when placed on a work surface.
