Surclean offers two grades of high performance Underscreen cleaner rolls Ecoroll and Ultraroll.

Screenclean 100

Screenclean 100 is a powerful solvent blend capable of removing even hardened solder paste deposits. It evaporates completely leaving a clean, dry and grease free surface behind. Screenclean 100 is harmless to most plastics, elastomers, rubbers and industrial finishes. Users should test compatibility with the screen adhesives used with mesh backed framed stencils. Recommended for manual cleaning operations, particularly between prints and for use in fluid tanks on automated Stencil Printers fitted with Under Screen Cleaning Systems.

Screenclean 400

Screenclean 400 is an exceptionally strong cleaner principally for use in high performance automatic Stencil Cleaning machines on difficult residue cleaning applications. It is completely biodegradable and can be used in many aqueous type machines where a higher performance is required whilst also being suitable for use in some Solvent type machines because of its high flashpoint (59 deg. C). When used in Solvent type systems, it may require air knives (preferably with warm air) to dry the Stencil after cleaning. Because of its exceptional cleaning power, it can also be used for some manual cleaning operations. Screenclean 400 will remove virtually all uncured adhesive and Solder Paste residues. Recommended for use in fluid tanks on automated Stencil Printers fitted with Under Screen Cleaning Systems.

ECOROLL

High strength non-woven chemical stabilized material that use minimal amounts of cellulose fibres and unaffected by fluids commonly used in underscreen cleaning tanks.

ULTRAROLL

High performance clean room, lint free, high strength, hydro-entangled blend of polyester / polypropylene specially converted for Surclean to offer the ultimate performance in underscreen cleaning.
